LOUIS, MO. – University of Missouri-St. Louis head volleyball coach Ryan Young has announced the addition of three players to the Tritons program beginning with the 2012-13 academic year, including incoming freshmen Shelby Bishop (Wichita, Kan.) and Jessica Ploss (Antioch, Ill.) who both national letters of intent, along with transfer Haley Brightwell (Cedar Rapids, Iowa).

During their final season with the UMSL volleyball program, seniors Weslie Gaff and Erin Higgins both recorded their 1,000th career kill, joining an illustrious group.
Gaff became the sixth member with her 1,000th tally at Indianapolis on October 9, while Higgins became the seventh member with her 1,000th kill at William Jewell on October 29.
