Eplee was the first player in program history to earn a bid to the NCAA Regional, where she competed as an individual her junior year (2009). She set a then-single season record with a scoring average of 79.95, while recording six top-five finishes and ranking 81^st by GolfStat. The following year, as a senior Eplee helped the team to the program's first-ever selection and the start of eight straight. She graduated with a career stroke average of 80.11, which ranked third. During her career, she also won three individual titles.
