STUDENT-ATHLETE (Men's Soccer, Baseball)
Scott was a two-sport athlete at UMSL from 1996-2000. He was a four-time all-Great Lakes Valley Conference selection in soccer, earning first team honors as a junior in 1998 and second team honors in 1996, 1997 and 1999. Scott was also a three-time NSCAA all-Midwest Region selection. He is tied as a the fourth all-time leading scorer at UMSL with 71 points, scoring 31 goals and recording nine assists. His 31 goals rank third all-time. Scott also ranks second all-time in games played (78) and fourth in shots (157).
He also excelled at baseball for UMSL and was a four-year starter at shortstop. During Scott’s four-year career, UMSL posted a 120-52-1 record, and made an appearance in the 1998 NCAA Regionals. He ranks second all-time at UMSL in walks (129), is fourth in runs scored (148), eighth in RBIs (106) and is tied for 10th in hits (153).
