INDIANAPOLIS – Missouri-St. Louis junior forward
Mara Rieder was named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Player of the Week in women's basketball for the second consecutive week, it was announced by the league office Monday.
She is the first Triton player in program history to win consecutive Player of the Week accolades in the GLVC era and joins Tawanda Daniel (1999-2000) as the only players to win multiple honors in the same season.

- Averaged 21.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks in two conference wins
- Shot 64% (18-for-28) from the field and 88% (7-of-8) from the free throw line
- Added three assists and a steal
- Highlighted by performance against Lewis, dropping 25 points, and 10 rebounds on 11-of-19 shooting from the field
- Helped Tritons extend winning streak to five games
- Leads GLVC in points per game (20.8) and rebounds per game (9.3)
- Earns second career Player of the Week Award

The Tritons return to the court on Tuesday evening taking on cross town rival Maryville at 5:15 p.m. at Moloney Arena on the campus of Maryville University.
