KANSAS CITY, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis volleyball suffered a 25-14, 25-16, 25-19 loss at Rockhurst Friday night in Great Lakes Valley Conference play.
The Tritons were limited to .124 hitting as they fell to 12-8 overall and 6-4 in the GLVC. The Hawks hit .305 to improve to 18-4 and 9-1.
Senior
Lexi Rogers led UMSL with 10 kills, while hitting .471, while freshman
Selena Nolte added eight kills.
Defensively, junior
Danielle Waedekin recorded 15 digs, while sophomore
Kristen Uradzionek tallied four blocks. Both teams put up six blocks, while UMSL had a season-low one service error.
The Tritons return to the court tomorrow at William Jewell in a 3 p.m. match.
