SPRINGFIELD, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team strung together a season-high three goals en route to a 3-1 victory at Drury on Friday night in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.
All three goals were scored by different players as the Tritons won back-to-back games for the first time this season, while also snapping Drury's three-game win streak.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Junior
Lauren Lottmann wasted no time getting her team on the board, scoring just 40 seconds into play when she picked up the loose ball after the goalie went to the ground and tapped it in from inside the box. Lottmann's first goal of the season was assisted by junior
Lee Strande.
- Drury scored the equalizer in the 65
th minute, but the tie didn't last long as junior
Lexi Norton scored the eventual game-winner four minutes later. Her team-best fourth goal came from 10 yards out left center off a pass from sophomore
Rose Crabtree.
- Senior
Emily Mosier added an insurance goal in the 85
th minute, scoring from eight yards out on the left side.
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
- UMSL put six of its 10 shots on goal, while Drury took 11 shots, but only landed three on target.
- Freshman
Allysiah Belt had two shots on goal, while Lottmann and Strande also had two shots each, including one on goal.
- Freshman
Amber Hayes played all 90 minutes in goal, recording two saves.
