QUINCY, ILL. – No. 18 ranked Quincy scored early in the second half to break a scoreless game and to hand the visiting University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team to a 1-0 loss Friday night in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Hawks outshot the Tritons, 11-2, in the first half with freshman keeper
Amber Hayes recording five saves.
- Quincy broke the scoreless game seven minutes and 15 seconds into the second half, picking up the rebound inside the 18 and shooting to the lower left corner.
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
- UMSL recorded 11 shots, landing four on goal. Sophomore
Rose Crabtree took three shots, placing one on target.
- Quincy finished with 17 shots, including seven on goal and held a 7-2 advantage in corner kicks.
- Hayes recorded a season-best six saves, playing all 90 minutes in goal.
