ST. LOUIS, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team honored its nine seniors prior to the start of it home finale against Quincy on Sunday. The visiting Hawks won the GLVC game, 2-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- UMSL held a 6-2 advantage in shots in the first half, which including an attempt from freshman Mia Milazzo that was stopped by the diving Quincy goalie to keep the game scorless.
- Quincy got on the board two minutes and 40 seconds into the second half, scoring off a rebound shot.
- Freshman Casey Lavin nearly got the equalizer in the 63rd minute off the corner kick as her shot hit off the crossbar.
- Quincy added an insurance goal in the 85th minute.
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
- UMSL finished with an 11-10 edge in shots, including 6-5 in shots on goal and won the corner kicks battle, 4-0.
- Milazzo fired four shots, including three on goal.
