ST. LOUIS, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's basketball team recorded a season-high 19 steals on Tuesday night in a 90-47 win over visiting Lindenwood Belleville.
The Tritons took advantage of the miscues, outscoring their guests, 34-13, in points off turnovers.

How it Happened
The Tritons led from the start, shooting 53.3 percent in the opening half to take a 52-23 lead at the break. UMSL connected on eight three-pointers and picked up 11 steals to hold a 22-7 advantage in points off turnovers.
They finished the game shooting 49. 2 percent and also grabbed a season-high 48 rebounds.

- Sophomore Shane Wissink tallied 15 points, six assists, four rebounds and three steals.
- Senior Eric Dust added 13 points and eight rebounds, while fellow senior Johnathan Matthews also scored 13 points.
- Junior Josh Carter chipped in 12 points and collected three steals.
- Redshirt freshman Steve Webb had five steals, while junior Jalen Wilkins-McCoy pulled down nine rebounds and had three steals.
- Lindenwood Bellevile shot 32.1 percent.
