ST. LOUIS, MO. – Visiting Lindenwood converted a penalty kick with 33 seconds to play in overtime to hand the University of Missouri-St. Louis men's soccer team a 3-2 loss on Sunday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Lions took a 1-0 lead in the 18th minute, while senior Dom Barczewski netted the equalizer in the 35th minute. Junior Magnus Anderson sent the free kick into the box, where Barczewski netted his second career goal, and his first since his freshman year.
- Lindenwood took a 2-1 advantage 15 minutes into the second half and held that lead until the 74th minute when Oscar Gordillo scored for the second time in as many games after the Tritons stole the ball. Anderson also assisted on Gordillo's tally.
- UMSL appeared to have taken a 3-2 lead moments later on a set play, but the goal was overturned as the Tritons were called offsides.
- Barczewski had a header in the box in the closing seconds that landed on top of the net.
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
- Both teams finished with 10 shots, including four on goal, while Lindenwood held a 4-2 advantage in corner kicks.
- A combined 29 fouls were called, while eight yellow cards were issued.
- Barczewski took five shots, landing two on goal, while Gordillo recorded three shots, including two on goal.
