KANSAS CITY, MO. – Host Rockhurst found the back of the net in the 81^st minute to defeat the University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team, 1-0, Sunday afternoon in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Stephanie Ostrander scored her first goal of the season at the 80:58 mark with a header into the inside right post from six yards out.

 
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING

• UMSL recorded eight shots, landing seven on goal, while Rockhurst took nine shots with six on target.
• Sophomore Amber Hayes made five saves.
• Junior Rose Crabtree took three shots, including two on goal, while both of freshman Maya Ware's shots were on goal.
