ST. LOUIS, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's soccer team scored just six minutes into play en route to grabbing a 1-0 win over visiting Truman State on Friday night in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Junior Donald Link notched his second goal of the year with a header off a rebound. Fellow senior Mark Skrivan's long shot was stopped by the Bulldog goalie, but he was unable to hang on to the ball, allowing Link to pick it up.
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
- UMSL finished with eight shots, including five on goal, while Truman State had six shots with four on goal.
- Junior Nedin Kudic made four saves while recording his third shutout and improving to 3-2 in between the posts.
- Senior Oscar Gordillo took a team-high three shots, landing one on goal.
