Selena Nolte and
Kylie Rudsinski combined for 31 kills on Saturday as the University of Missouri-St. Louis volleyball team earned a 25-20, 25-20, 25-23 win over visiting Southern Indiana in Great Lakes Valley Conference play.

How It Happened
- SET 1: The Tritons racked up 22 kills and overcame a 7-0 run by the Screaming Eagles. A kill from freshman Charlotte Richards gave UMSL a 15-11 lead, but USI followed with seven unanswered. However, the Tritons outscored their opponents, 10-2, the rest of the way with Nolte tallying five kills during that stretch.
- SET 2: UMSL limited the Screaming Eagles to just eight kills and a .059 hitting percentage.
- SET 3: Nolte recorded seven kills with no errors in 10 attempts.
Statistically Speaking
- UMSL hit .239 as a team, while limiting USI to .133 hitting, and held a 7-3 blocking advantage.
- Senior Alex Miner recorded four blocks, while freshman Megan Woll tallied 19 digs.
- Sophomore Payton Kennelly (24 assists) and freshman Cara Ferchen (23 assists) directed the offense with 47 assists on 53 kills.
