LEBANON, ILL. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's basketball team saw host McKendree knock down 14 three-pointers and shoot 54.1 percent Sunday night en route to a 92-67 Great Lakes Valley Conference victory.

How it Happened
The Bearcats shot 62.5 percent in the opening frame, which included 8-of-16 three-pointers. McKendree jumped out to a 15-5 lead five minutes in , built it to 32-12 with 8:45 to play and took a 48-28 lead into halftime.
The Tritons shot 44.4, but were 7-of-23 (30.4 percent) from three-point range, while McKendree finished 14-of-30 from beyond the arc.

- Redshirt junior Jason Towery and senior Johnathan Matthews scored 10 points each, while junior Ronnie Carson added nine points.
- UMSL held a 33-32 rebounding advantage, including an 11-6 edge on the offensive end, but had just four second chance points.
