SEARCY, ARK. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's tennis team lost its first match of the season, falling 6-1 at Harding.
Junior
Marina Prediger won in three sets at No. 2 singles and also teamed with sophomore
Leticia Lunge for a win at No. 1 doubles, but the Bison earned the doubles point with wins at Nos. 2 and 3.
Four of the six singles matches went three sets with Harding taking three of those to help garner the win.
UMSL (1-1) will host McKendree on Saturday.
