Maddie Schweiss found the back of the net just two minutes and 16 seconds into the game on Friday as the University of Missouri-St. Louis women's team earned a 1-0 win over William Jewell, giving first-year head coach
Maddi Moon her first collegiate coaching victory.

Schweiss' goal came off the corner kick from fellow sophomore
Casey Clark and was the first of her career.
The Tritons held a 16-3 advantage in shots, including a 7-3 edge in shots on goal.

Cassie Hall fired a team-high four shots.

Brynne Qualley made three saves, while recording her first shutout in goal.
