Emma Thorngren earned a program-best sixth career win on Tuesday, claiming medalist honors at the Natural State Classic, hosted by Harding.
Thorngren shot a 136 (66-70), one shy of her own 36-hole school record and finished seven strokes better than teammate and runner-up
Manon Labeur.
As a team, the Tritons posted a 581 (288-293), tying the program's 36-hole record. UMSL finished 20 strokes better than runner-up Arkansas Tech in the 17-team field.
