KIRKSVILLE, MO. – The No. 9 ranked University of Missouri-St. Louis volleyball team earned a 25-23, 25-20, 25-22 win at Truman State on Wednesday night.
The Tritons hit .222 and used a 7-1 blocking advantage to garner the win.

How it Happened
- UMSL hit .189 in the first set, recording 16 kills, while defensively, Megan Woll tallied nine digs.
- Truman State jumped out to a 5-0 lead to open the second behind a pair of service aces, but Karlyn Hannewald finished with six kills in that set.
- The Tritons owned an early 8-3 lead in the third set, starting out with five kills and no errors in 10 attempts. UMSL later took a 21-13 lead before Truman State rallied back within 23-21.
Inside the Box Score
- Woll recorded 27 digs, tying a GLVC three-set season-high.
- Hannewald finished with 10 kills, hitting .391.
- Charlotte Richards recorded her eighth double-double with 13 kills and 10 digs.
