ROMEOVILLE, ILL. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's tennis team defeated Lewis, 4-0, on Friday afternoon in quarterfinal round action of the GLVC Tournament.

The Tritons won the doubles point with victories at Nos. 2 and 3 before freshman Raphael Kerndl (No. 6), sophomore Jose Mayorga (No. 5) and graduate student Ben-Hur Kasprzak (No. 1) all won in singles to seal the match.

UMSL advances to tomorrow's semifinals at Noon against No. 23 ranked Southwest Baptist.
