LEBANON, ILL. – Host McKendree found the back of the net with 8.3 seconds on the clock to hand the University of Missouri-St. Louis men's soccer team a 1-0 setback on Friday night.
 
Records: UMSL (7-3-2, 7-3-2 GLVC), McKendree (6-5-2, 6-5-2 GLVC)
 
The Bearcats outshot UMSL, 19-8, and held an 8-4 advantage in shots on goal. Senior Anton Mukhin made six saves before allowing the goal. Five of those saves came in the second half.
 
Junior Garrett Bass put all three of his shots on target.
