LEBANON, ILL. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team scored two unanswered goals, including the game-winner from junior
Jalyn Richardson in the 84
th minute, en route to a 2-1 win at No. 8 ranked McKendree on Friday night.
It is the second straight win over a nationally ranked team for UMSL, who improves to 2-0-1 against ranked opponents this season.

Richardson defeated the goalie one-on-one after taking the long pass from
Maddie Schweiss for her second goal of the season.
McKendree had taken a 1-0 lead in the 54
th minute, but UMSL quickly countered 31 seconds later when junior
Mia Milazzo scored off the corner kick by
Casey Clark.
McKendree held a 17-5 advantage in shots, including a 7-2 edge in shots on goal.

Amber Hayes made six saves.
