Tritons drop contest at Montevallo

The Tritons (0-3) concluded their Saturday with a 7-1 loss at the University of Montevallo (Ala.).

Carson Holin scored the Tritons' lone run.

On the bump, Jack Rhodes allowed five earned runs on five hits and took the loss (0-1).

Holin and Matt DiMemmo combined to go 3-for-5 and Leighton Keller went 1-for-2 and was caught stealing.

UMSL is back in action at noon tomorrow as they go for their first win of the season.
