ST. LOUIS - The University of Missouri-St. Louis softball team snapped Drury's 11-game win streak with a 7-4 victory in the second of two GLVC games on Saturday. The visiting Panthers won the opener, 9-2.

Game 1: Drury 9, UMSL 2
Drury out-hit the Tritons, 12-3, while Panthers ace Kristina Bettis recorded 16 strikeouts.
UMSL scored both of its runs in the fifth inning. Sophomore Riley Schultz scored on a wild pitch, while junior Irene Travis came home on an RBI ground out from freshman Courtney Settles.
Game 2: UMSL 7, Drury 4
Graduate student Megan Brown recorded two two-run homers, finishing 2-for-2 at the plate with four RBI, while also drawing two walks.
Brown's first long ball came in the first inning and tied the game at 2-2, while her second round tripper came in the seventh to account for the final score.
UMSL took advantage of a two-out error by the Panthers in the fourth to score a pair of unearned runs for a 5-4 lead they would not relinquish.
The Tritons tallied eight hits with sophomore Maddie Snemis going 3-for-4 at the plate and scoring two runs.
Senior Mimi Bradley tossed the complete game victory. She allowed four runs on seven hits, while striking out five and walking two. Offensively, Bradley added a solo home run.
