ST. LOUIS – Two University of Missouri-St. Louis swimming student-athletes have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team that was announced on Tuesday.

Representing the Tritons are Zara Konstapel and Conley Savage.

Konstapel is double majoring in English and French with a grade-point average of 3.94. She is a two-time First Team All-American in the 100-breast finishing seventh in 2022 and sixth last season. She also earned honorable mention All-America honors in the 200-breast last season and 100 breast this past season. Konstapel was part of the Tritons 400-yard medley relay squad that honored honorable mention honors at this year's NCAA Championships. She holds the school record in the 50, 100 and 200 breast and is part of the 200 and 400 medley relay teams that hold school records. Konstapel was a Second Team Academic All-America selection last year.

Savage is a business information systems major with a 3.76 grade point average. He earned First Team All-America honors this season with his eighth-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly and earned honorable mention All-America accolades in the 200-ndividual medley. Last season, Savage earned honorable mention All-America accolades in the 200 fly. He is the school record holder in the 50, 100 and 200 fly, the 100 and 200 IM and a member of the 800 free relay and 200 and 400 medley relay teams that also hold school records. Savage was an Academic All-District selection last year.

Konstapel and Savage advance to the Academic All-America ballot and are eligible for Academic All-America honors. The CSC Academic All-America teams for swimming will be announced on April 23 and April 24.
