RICHMOND, Ky. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's golf team is in second place after the first day of the Findlay Spring Invitational with a total team score 566 (285-281) at Boone's Trace National Golf Club in Richmond, Ky.
Dani Solavera and
Logan Mayo led the way for the Tritons as both are tied for third with a score of 138. Solavera shot a 70 in the opening round and followed it up with a round of 68 in the afternoon while Mayo shot back-to-back rounds of 69-69.
Ludvig Granlund is tied for 18th with an even par score of 144 (72-72).
Trigg Lindahl finished play on Monday with a score of 146 (74-72),
Nate Warren turned in rounds of 75 and 72 respectively and is a shot behind Lindahl at 147.
Andy Hennen has a score of 150 (76-74) and
Benjamin Berger shot a 151 (76-75).
Findlay's Colin Schadek sits atop the player leaderboard after 36 holes with a score of 136 (70-66) and holds a one-shot lead over Missouri S&T's Rizq Adam Rohizam. The Oilers are the team leaders after two rounds with a total team score of 562 (285-277) and lead UMSL by four shots heading into Tuesday's final round
