UMSL Golf Teams Holding Online Fundraiser

ST. LOUIS – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's and women's golf teams are coming off the most successful seasons in their programs histories and are holding an online fundraiser for continued success.

The fundraiser runs the entire month of June.

The men's team captured their sixth conference championship in program history and fourth as a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference defeating Missouri S&T 4-1 in the medal/match play final back in April. It earned its 13th NCAA Regional bid and advanced to their 15th national championship tournament.

At Nationals, the Tritons delivered the highest finish in program history, placing second in the stroke play portion at an incredible 27-under par which was the second lowest score for 54-holes in NCAA Division II men's golf tournament history. Logan Mayo, Dani Solavera and Leo Baudry finished in the top 10 on the player leaderboard.

They defeated Cal State San Bernardino 4.5-to-0.5 in the quarterfinal round of medal/match play before succumbing to Wingate 3.5-to-1.5 in the semifinal round.

The women's team set unprecedented milestones of their own in 2025-26. They captured their first GLVC title in program history, advanced to their 16th straight NCAA Regional and earned their seventh NCAA Championship appearance. For the first time ever, the Tritons advanced to the medal/match play portion of the national tournament where they narrowly fell to Wingate, the top ranked team in the country, 3-2.

Thank you for your continued support, your UMSL pride, and for being the driving force behind our historic success.
