Biography

2015 (junior): Saw action in 15 games off the bench... helped defense to six shutouts and a 0.90 goals against average.

2014 (sophomore): Started 15 of 16 games played in... scored lone goal in 9-1 win against Southwest Baptist and recorded lone assist in 1-0 win over Southern Indiana... defensively, helped team to seven shutouts.

2013 (freshman): Saw action in eight games off the bench... tallied an assist in win at then No. 8 ranked Rockhurst.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Quincy High School... graduated with 40 career goals, which ranks sixth in program history... all-time leader in career games played with 89... as a senior, served as team captain, while being named an All-Western Big Six Conference and all-sectional honoree... recorded 12 goals and five assists as a senior and 15 goals and four assists as a junior... was also a three-year letterwinner in baseball for the Blue Devils.

Personal: Born October 20... son of Scott and Anita Melvin... majoring in business administration.
