Biography

Before UMSL: Spent one season at Seton Hall, where he redshirted.

High School: Prepped at Puerto Rico Baseball Academy and High School, where he helped his team to four state championships... batted .350 as a senior, while earning all-region and all-tournament honors... posted a 305 batting average as a junior, earning all-conference honors... also tabbed all-conference as a freshman and sophomore.

Personal: Born February 26, 1992... son of Ramon Quiles and Judith Matias... majoring in criminology and criminal justice.
