Before UMSL: Redshirted at Arkansas State… played two seasons at St. Louis Community College… as freshman, earned first team all-conference after hitting .340… as sophomore, hit .268 with 33 RBIs and three home runs.
High School: Three-year letterwinner at Parkway South High School… earned all-conference honors junior and senior year… hit .386 with 29 RBIs and two home runs as a senior… holds single-season doubles record with 14… helped team to a sectional championship in 2008 and a district championship in 2010… also played basketball.
