Brad Karpick is in his first season as an assistant coach with the men's and women's golf programs at UMSL. The Cedar Rapids, Iowa native, competed for five years at GLVC rival Maryville. He recorded three top 10 and five top 25 finishes in his final season with the Saints including winning the McKendree Bearcat Dual Gender with a score of 215 and was named the GLVC's Men's Golfer of the Week for his performance. Karpick had a scoring average of 74.03 in his final season.
He began his coaching career with the Saints this past fall while finishing his MBA. Karpick was also the assistant strenghth and conditioning coach this past fall. He graduated from Maryville with his MBA in December 2023.
Karpick is a golf shop assistant at Meadowbrook Country Club in Ballwin.
