Tim Boruff

Former Triton Tim Boruff begins his third season as an assistant coach, where he oversees the goalkeepers and also assists in opponent scouting, recruiting, team training sessions and video analysis.  

Boruff played three seasons (2008-09, 2011) for head coach Dan King, starting two in between the posts. During his career, he recorded 203 saves, which ranks seventh all-time in program history. Boruff also etched his name in the record book with 11 career shutouts, tying the eighth most, and goals against average with 1.16, which ranks 10th.

As a senior, Boruff started all 17 games and posted a record of 8-5-4, while tallying seven shutouts.
 
He holds a USSF License and is a staff member of Indiana University, University of Wisconsin and SIU Edwardsville soccer camps. Boruff is also the Director of Goalkeeping for A.C. Porta Via.

A native of St. Louis, Mo., Boruff earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and his master’s of education, both from UMSL.
