2016 Second Team All-GLVC

2016 (junior): Second Team All-GLVC... led team with 17 points on a team-best seven goals and three assists... tallied three game-winners, which ranked sixth in the GLVC... knocked in two goals against Northern Michigan, including game-winner in the 60th minute... scored game-winner against Bellarmine... tallied game-winning goal in the second overtime in 2-1 win at Saint Joseph's... tallied either a goal or an assist in each of the first six games... led team with 30 shots, landing 16 on goal, with his first seven shots of the year all landing on target.

Before UMSL: Played one season at Aurora University (2013)... named Second Team All-Northen Collegiate Conference and selected to the All-Freshman Team... started all 20 games, recording three goals and four assists for 10 points.

High School: Attended Lindbergh High School where he played three years of varisty soccer under Coach Mertens. He was named Frist Team All Conference and Team Captain.

Personal: Parents are Mark and Vicki Ries... majoring in business with a minor in psychology.
