At UMSL: Member of women's soccer team in fall of 2015, which earned bid to NCAA Tournament... played three seasons of women's basketball... graduated third all-time in career free throw shooting percentage at 80.5, fifth all-time with 324 career assists and eighth with 123 career steals.

Before UMSL: Played one season of basketball at Fordham, appearing in five contests.

High School: All-conference and all-area honoree in soccer... accumulated 11 varsity letters and was inducted into the Lincoln-Way East Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011... in basketball, averaged 10.4 points, 5.2 assists, 4.8 rebounds and 3.9 steals per game as a senior, while earning Illinois Basketball Coaches Association 3A/4A fourth team all-state honors… two-time all-Southwest Suburban Conference selection… selected to Illinois Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Team as a senior… set school record for career assists (344) and assists in a game (11)… earned third team all-state honors as a junior, while also being selected to SouthTown News and Herald News All-Area teams… team MVP as a junior… helped team to two conference and four regional championships as well as one sectional final… also played golf for the Griffins, while qualifying for the state golf tournament as a junior.

Personal: Born July 12... daughter of Mike and Becky McGovern... earned bachelor's degree in cross categorical special education from UMSL in December 2015 and currently working towards masters degree.
