LOUISVILLE, KY. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis volleyball team used a balanced offensive attack to garner a 25-23, 25-18, 25-19 road win at Bellarmine on Friday night in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.
Senior
Hannah Miller led the Tritons with 11 kills, while junior
Lexi Rogers followed with 10 as UMSL improves to 13-14 overall, including 7-7 in the GLVC. Bellarmine slips to 10-18 and 2-12 in the league.

Maddy Russell tallied 10 digs to go with six kills.
UMSL scored the final two points of the opening set to post the two-point victory, which ended on a
Carly Ochs kill. The Tritons won the set despite just 10 kills, while Bellarmine notched 17.
In the second set, the Tritons used an 8-3 run, including a pair of back-to-back service aces from Meyer, to turn a 14-14 tie into a 22-17 lead, forcing a Bellarmine timeout. The Knights got one point back but the Tritons followed with three straight points, including kills from Ochs and Rogers before an ace from freshman
Alivia Brinker.
UMSL then raced out to a 7-1 lead in the third set with Miller and Rogers recording five kills each.
The Tritons continue their current four-game road trip tomorrow at Southern Indiana.
