RESULTSINDIANAPOLIS, IND. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's and women's swimming teams wrapped up the regular season on Saturday at Indianapolis in one final tune-up before the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championships, which will be held February 10-14 in Crawfordsville, Ind.
The Triton men lost to the host Greyhounds, 190-37, while the women were third against UIndy and Butler.
UMSL won two events on the men's side, including
Tim Schmalzreich in the 100-yard freestyle and
Mladen Senicar in the 50-yard freestyle.
Diogo Dias finished runner-up in the 100-yard butterfly.
On the women's side,
Angie Quiroga was third in the 100-yard backstroke.
