AURORA, ILL. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis volleyball team lost a 25-23, 19-25, 25-23, 25-20 decision to Saginaw Valley State on Friday as the Tritons opened play at the Midwest Regional Crossover Tournament.
The Tritons fall to 11-5 overall, while the Cardinals improve to 10-8 overall.
Match Highlights
-Saginaw Valley State scored four of the final six points to break from a 21-21 tie.
-The Tritons scored four straight in the second set to ignite a 9-2 run, turning an 11- deficit into an 18-13 lead on an ace from freshman

Lexi Rogers recorded three blocks.
-Saginaw Valley State score four unanswered to break a 16-16 tie en route to the match win in the fourth set.
