INDIANAPOLIS, IND. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team lost a 1-0 decision at Indianapolis on Friday night on an own goal.
The cross was deflected off the Tritons in front of the goal in the 78
th minute to break the scoreless game.
UMSL falls to 1-3-1 overall, including 0-3 in the GLVC, while UIndy improves to 4-1 and 3-0 in the league.
The Tritons placed all six shot attempts on goal, with sophomore
Rose Crabtree taking two of those.
The Greyhounds took eight shots, placing three on target, which were all stopped by junior
McKenzie DeRouen.
UMSL returns to action on Sunday, traveling to Wisconsin-Parkside.
