ST. LOUIS, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team battled visiting Bellarmine to a scoreless draw on a cold and rainy Friday night in Great Lakes Valley Conference play.
RECORDS: UMSL (3-8-1, 2-6-1 GLVC), Bellarmine (7-4-2, 5-2-2 GLVC)
Both teams finished with eight shots, while the Tritons had a 5-3 edge in shots on goal. Bellarmine had a 4-2 edge in the first half, and UMSL had a 6-3 advantage in the second half.
Sophomore
Amber Hayes made three saves while picking up her second shutout. It was also just the second time Bellarmine had been shutout this season, while the Knights posted their sixth clean sheet.
Freshman
Mia Milazzo put three of her four shot attempts on target.
