EVANSVILLE, IND. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team saw host Southern Indiana score in the 82^nd minute on Sunday afternoon en route to a 1-0 victory in Great Lakes Valley Conference play.
 
RECORDS: UMSL (3-9-1, 2-7-1 GLVC), Southern Indiana (8-5-2, 4-5-1 GLVC)
 
HOW IT HAPPENED

• A scoreless first half saw Southern Indiana outshoot UMSL, 7-3.
• The Screaming Eagles pressured the Tritons to open the second half with nine shots in the first 17 minutes, but sophomore keeper Amber Hayes was there with five stops.
• On their 20^th shot of the game, USI found the back of the net.

 
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING

• Hayes finished with 11 saves.
• UMSL recorded 10 shots, including four on goal, while USI had 20 shots with 12 on goal.
• The Screaming Eagles held a 9-7 advantage in corner kicks.
• Freshman Mia Milazzo put both of her shots on goal.
