EVANSVILLE, IND. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team saw host Southern Indiana score in the 82
nd minute on Sunday afternoon en route to a 1-0 victory in Great Lakes Valley Conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- A scoreless first half saw Southern Indiana outshoot UMSL, 7-3.
- The Screaming Eagles pressured the Tritons to open the second half with nine shots in the first 17 minutes, but sophomore keeper Amber Hayes was there with five stops.
- On their 20th shot of the game, USI found the back of the net.
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
- Hayes finished with 11 saves.
- UMSL recorded 10 shots, including four on goal, while USI had 20 shots with 12 on goal.
- The Screaming Eagles held a 9-7 advantage in corner kicks.
- Freshman Mia Milazzo put both of her shots on goal.
