SPRINGFIELD, ILL. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's soccer team lost a 2-0 decision at Illinois Springfield Friday night in Great Lakes Valley Conference play.

- The Prairie Stars scored three minutes into the game and added an insurance goal nine minutes later.

- UMSL finished with 11 shots, including two on goal – one each from seniors Mark Skrivan and Dom Barczewski.
- UIS tallied 18 shots, including six on goal.
