ST. LOUIS, MO.– Senior
Arielle Jackson scored 23 points and added seven rebounds, seven assists and four steals to help the University of Missouri-St. Louis women's basketball team to a 76-58 win over Kentucky State on Wednesday afternoon.
Jackson made four three-pointers, while the Tritons drained a season0-high 12 as a team.

How it Happened
UMSL held a 22-14 lead after the first quarter, outscoring the Thorobreds, 8-2, in the final 3:38.
A three-pointer by senior
Kaitlynn Henning 1:45 into the second quarter gave the Tritons the double figure lead at 29-18. Kentucky State got within six at 33-27 with just under four minutes to play, but UMSL scored the next 12 points before taking a 45-29 lead into the break.
The Tritons extended their lead to 64-44 after three quarters.

- Freshman McKenzie Lathrom added 15 points, which included three three-pointers, and added five assists.
- Sophomore Alex LaPorta tallied 11 points and came up one rebound shy of her third straight double-double with nine boards.
