KISSIMMEE, FLA. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis baseball team lost a 7-3 decision to Minnesota Crookston on Thursday night in the Sunshine State Games.
Both teams record eight hits, but the Tritons stranded 12 runners on base, while the Golden Eagles pitching staff combined for 14 strikeouts.

Brian Seymour had two hits each for UMSL.
The Tritons found themselves down 4-0 after two innings before getting two runs back in the top of the third, with one coming courtesy of a Golden Eagles error and the other an RBI double from senior
Cooper Vinz.
Minnesota Crookston (7-4) tallied its second home run of the game in the bottom of the third to make it 5-2, while in the fifth, Morsch delivered a triple to score sophomore
Jarrett O'Brien, who reached on a double.
UMSL (5-5) will play GLVC foe Lewis in a non-conference game tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. (EST).
