ST. LOUIS, MO. –The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team scored twice in a span of 86 seconds en route to a 2-0 victory over visiting William Jewell on Friday night in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Both goals came less than eight minutes into the game. Freshman
Courtney Schreiber found the back of the net off a deflection following a corner kick in the seventh minute before fellow freshman
Abby Reeves struck from beyond the top of the box in the eighth minute off the pass from sophomore
Casey Lavin.
UMSL had a 19-11 advantage in shots, including an 8-5 edge in shots on goal. The Tritons also had a pair of shots hit the crossbar in the first half. The offense also worked to an 8-4 advantage in corner kicks.
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
Schreiber recorded three shots, placing two on target.
Junior
Amber Hayes played all 90 minutes in goal, making five saves.
