Magnus Andersen scored the game-winner in the 60
th minute as the University of Missouri-St. Louis men's soccer team earned a 2-1 victory over visiting Rockhurst on Sunday afternoon in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Sophomore
Garrett Bass broke the scoreless game in the 37
th minute after shooting past four defenders into the empty net. Bass took the chip in from freshman
Michael Andrews who picked up the ball on a scramble on the left wing.
The Hawks then scored the equalizer just 36 seconds into the second half before Andersen's tally came 15 minutes later. Freshman
Brady Glon passed the pass up field to Andersen who then beat his defender and shot into the far pocket.
UMSL had a 13-8 advantage in shots, including a 7-4 edge in shots on goal. The Tritons also held a 6-2 advantage in corner kicks.
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
Andersen took four shots, landing two on goal, while freshman
Bradley Fritsche put one of his three goals on target.
Junior
Anton Mukhin made three saves in goal.
