ST. LOUIS, MO. –The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team closed out its home schedule on Sunday with a scoreless draw against visiting Drury. The game was played at the Lou Fusz Soccer Complex after heavy rains on Saturday saturated the Don Dallas Field.
Prior to the contest, seniors
Bre Colombo, Rose Crabtree, Melanie Gubicya, Sarah Lyon and
Brooke Merseal were recognized for their Triton careers.
RECORDS
UMSL (4-10-1, 4-8-1 GLVC), Drury (1-13-2, 1-11-1 GLVC)
UMSL held a 14-6 advantage in shots, including a 6-2 edge in shots on goal. The Tritons also had a 7-3 advantage in corner kicks.
Sophomore
Imogen Bennett took a team-high four shots, landing two on target. Lyon, Gubicya and freshman
Maddie Schweiss all had two shots, including one on goal.
Junior
Amber Hayes recorded her fourth straight shutout in goal, making two saves, while playing all 110 minutes.

UMSL concludes the regular season next weekend at Truman State and Quincy next Friday and Sunday, respectively.
