ST. LOUIS, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's basketball team had three players record double-doubles as the Tritons rallied back from a 10-point deficit en route to 67-62 win over Davenport on Saturday.
UMSL outscored the visiting Panthers, 38-23, in the second half, including 24-10 in the third quarter in which they shot 69.2 percent (9-of-13).

HOW IT HAPPENED
Davenport owned a 39-29 halftime advantage after clinging to a 21-19 lead after the first quarter. The Panthers outscored the Tritons, 18-10, in the second quarter after shooting 53.8 percent, while limiting UMSL to 28.6 percent shooting.
UMSL went on a 17-4 run over the final 4:55 of the third quarter, holding the Panthers to just four free throws during that stretch. They took a 50-49 lead they would not relinquish with 34 seconds on the clock on a pair of
Danielle Berry free throws and held a 53-49 advantage going into the final 10 minutes.
The run continued in the start of the fourth quarter with seven straight to open the frame.

- Berry finished with 20 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and six steals.
- Junior Alex LaPorta added 12 points, 13 rebounds and two blocks.
- Sophomore Kiara Stewart followed with 14 points and 12 rebounds.
- UMSL held a 52-28 rebounding advantage.
- The Tritons shot 36.9 percent, while Davenport connected at a 42.1 percent clip.
