ST. LOUIS, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's basketball team lost a 79-37 decision to No. 1 ranked Drury on Thursday night as the Tritons returned home from a four-game roadtrip.
The unbeaten Panthers took advantage of 28 UMSL turnovers, scoring 37 points on the other end.

How it Happened
Drury held an 18-12 lead after the first quarter, in which the Tritons shot 50 percent from the field. The Panthers then ended the opening half on a 17-0 run to post a 37-16 halftime lead and led 59-31 after three quarters.

- Sophomore Alex LaPorta recorded 12 points, seven rebounds, three steals and two assists.
- UMSL finished the game shooting 30 percent, while Drury shot 53.2 percent and owned a 38-29 rebounding advantage.
