ST. LOUIS, MO. – Freshman catcher
Jacob Stoker recorded two hits, including his first collegiate home run, to help the University of Missouri-St. Louis baseball team to a 5-4 win over Lewis on Monday in the finale of the three game GLVC series.
Stoker's long ball came in the seventh inning that broke a 4-4 tie and proved to be the game-winner for the Tritons. Defensively, Stoker also caused havoc for the Flyers on the base paths, throwing out two runners trying to steal second.
