Andee Tiffee limited visiting Washburn to six hits and no earned runs on Wednesday as the University of Missouri-St. Louis softball team swept the Icabods, winning 1-0 and 4-1, running its win streak to six games.

Chelsea Martinez accounted for the game's lone run with a solo home run to lead off the fourth inning, while Kingery (6-6) tossed the complete game three-hit shutout with nine strikeouts.
UMSL recorded seven hits, including two each from Tiffee and redshirt junior
Morgan Hill.
Game 2: UMSL 4, Washburn 1
After both teams got on the board in the first inning, the Tritons broke the tie in the sixth with three runs on five hits, including an RBI single from Hill and a two-run double from junior
Annie Kroeger.
Tiffee (4-2) struck out 11, while allowing just three hits and one unearned run.
UMSL tallied eight hits, including two each from Martinez and Hill.
