ST. LOUIS, MO. – Redshirt junior
Morgan Hill went 6-for-7 at the plate with five RBI as the University of Missouri-St. Louis softball team defeated Rockhurst 6-5 and 7-5 on Friday in GLVC play.
The Tritons tallied 21 hits as a team.

The Tritons walked it off as senior
Reagan Osborn tripled and then scored on a Rockhurst throwing error.
UMSL, which finished with seven hits, scored its first five runs all with two outs. A bases clearing triple in the second inning from senior
Carly Kingery gave the Tritons a 3-2 lead, while an RBI double from Hill and an RBI single from junior
Andee Tiffee made it 5-3 UMSL in the fifth.
Tiffee and Hill each finished with two hits.
Freshman
Mimi Bradley (2-3) picked up the win in relief.
Rockhurst tallied seven hits and left 11 runners on base.
Game 2: UMSL 7, Rockhurst 5
Hill was 4-for-4 in the nightcap and picked up four of her RBI in this contest.
Hill and Tiffee each had an RBI single in both the first and second innings to help UMSL to a 4-0 lead.
Hill then drove in the go ahead run in the fourth inning after the Hawks tied it at 4-4 in the third and drove in an insurance run in the sixth.
UMSL finished with 14 hits with Osborn going 3-for-3 with a walk and four runs scored.
Senior
Chelsea Martinez added two hits, two walks and two runs scored, while Tiffee had two hits and two RBI.
Kingery also tallied two hits and picked up the win in the circle.
